Grain markets are higher across the board on weather concerns and US/China trade optimism.  A possible Brexit deal between UK and EU is also supporting gains.  Corn belt temps look mostly normal in the 6 to 10 day but very wet.  USDA will re-survey North Dakota and Minnesota 'corn and soybean harvested acres' for the November 8th crop report.  USDA Weekly Export sales delayed until tomorrow.  The US$ index is sharply lower this morning.  Wheat futures are 2 to 10 cents higher, corn is up 3, and soybeans are a nickel better.
