Grain markets are mostly higher in early trade.  MPLS spring wheat futures are moderately higher on continuing harvest delays across the N. Plains.  USDA Weekly Export sales were good for corn and soybeans but disappointing for wheat.  Wheat sales were pegged at 10.5 mln bushels vs expectations for 11 to 22 mb and 13.75 mb required to hit targets.  Mexico was the top buyer this week.  Widespread frost across W Australia could make their below average wheat crop even smaller.  Wheat futures are a penny lower to 8 cents better, corn is up a penny, and soybeans are up 4.
