Grain markets are higher across the board.  Wheat futures traded defensively overnight on improving crop growing conditions but found buyers at lower values.  Yesterday's USDA Weekly Export inspections were good for wheat.  The US$ index is sharply higher this AM.  Traders are looking ahead to the big USDA Quarterly Stocks and Prospective Planting reports on March 31.  Wheat futures are 8 to 15 cents higher, corn is up a nickel, and soybeans are 14 cents better.
