Wheat futures continue to grind higher on fund short covering/technical buying. Commodity funds bought back an estimated 6000 contracts of CME wheat in yesterday’s session lessening their net short to around 81,637 contracts. The US$ index is moderately lower. Wheat futures 2 to 4 cents better, corn is mostly unch, and soybeans are up a penny.
