Market Commentary

Higher corn values lending some support to wheat gains in early trade. Brazil’s corn crop is under stress from continued dryness. A Reuters poll shows that Australia’s 2025/26 wheat production is expected to drop 16% to 28.6 MMT. A new round of tariffs expected to take effect tomorrow. Wheat futures mostly a nickel better, corn is up 4, and soybeans are 17 cents to the good.
